I.  Your site must be online!!! And I will accept "Free-Hosted" sites! However, the site has to be up at the time of placing the order.

II.  Please give me High Quality UNTAGGED Images, and at least 10-12 to choose from. It is very hard doing orders with 2 small images!

III.  I do put a link somewhere on my work. If you won't want the link, you need to pay $1 to take it off, but I still must be listed in the sidebar on every page!

IV.  If your costs money, then I will only accept payment by PAYPAL! But, you must pay the full amount at the beginning. (if it is over $5, I will accept half payment at the beginning of your order)

V.  You may, repeat not, edit your layout in ANYWAY, I worked hard to make it, and I don't want anybody ruining it. If you need something to be changed, please ask me (politely) to change something, when I send a preview of your order.

VI.  Once my layout is up, please leave a credit link. It also must be visible!!

VII.  My layout must be up for at least 3 weeks. Any less, and your going on the blackmail list!

VIII.  You must know HTML,(or php) and FTP before I do your package!

IX.  I do check the coding in Internet Exploror and Mozilla Firefox, before I send the completed order. If you have questions about your layout, or need support you will need to purchase support which will cost between ($1-$5) X.  If you have read all the rules, put "OMG! I can't wait!!!" in the order form. No quotes! :D

XI.  If you need me to put your layout up, there will be a small service fee. ($1-$5)

XII.  I won't do porn. Absolutely not!

XIII.   When you receive your package, you have 1.5 weeks to put it up. If it isn't up, then you will be put on the blacklist, and you won't be allowed to order again. (unless you pay the fine of $.50 per day it wasn't up, or If you have a legit reason)
